Processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery times. US orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days after shipping. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping cost. Standard US shipping is a flat $4.95. Orders over $50 ship free.
International. We currently ship within the United States only.
Delays. Weather, carrier issues, and high-demand periods can add days. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, email geosmith778@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it's shipped, but email geosmith778@gmail.com and we'll help however we can.
